I searched for this pistol for months until I found it here. When I was called to come pick it up I immediately came to get it. It is absolutely beautiful. The laser engraving is flawless. It is deep enough to easily be seen while other products I bought with laser engravings were very light and shallow this one is just right. Action is very smooth with a crisp trigger pull right out of the box. If you are interested in buying a single action Colt clone then don’t hesitate to give this one a try. I recommend it highly. A+++++

I was very satisfied with the overall quality of the gun! The fit and finish was very nice and the laser engraving was impressive. The gun has the looks of one that you would pay 2 or 3 times the cost of it. The trigger pull is nice and the gun is tight,not loose. Feels good in your hand. I have not fired it yet, but if it is like my other Pietta revolvers I am sure it will be great. Great product and good doing business with Buds Gun Store.

Like all of the newer Pietta products, this one operates very smoothly out of the box. The laser engraving is a great pattern and beautifully done with lots of coverage, however, on mine, the CCH coloring is really dark, almost a dark bronze which makes the engraving hard to see in places. Short of having a Doug Turnbull refinished masterpiece, the company did do an admirable job for the cost. The Ivory-like one piece solid grips are slightly off on the fit to the frame, with a little overhang from the grip bottom towards the trigger guard. Again, not bad for a production piece, and without the extra cost for a hand fitted job. For all of the laser engraved models I have seen in person, this one is by far my favorite, and give it 4 stars out of 5. I reserve the 5 star rating for a gun that would be of a Turnbull Restoration quality. For the price range, I feel this is one of the best models one could purchase.
