SCCY DVG-1 RDR Gray/Black 9mm Pistol - 3.1" Barrel, 10 Rounds

This is my second SCCY firearm that I purchased from BUDS. My first one was a CPX Gen 2 which I love, but this DVR-1 is even nicer to shoot because the trigger is 50% lighter than the CPX. I added a green dot optic to it, and it’s on point. Although I feel like the iron sights are somewhat off. It is compatible with sights that fit Glock 43, so I will replacing them. Overall a good buy. Buds has the best prices and ships quickly.

I received my DVG-1 from my FFL yesterday - half of the rear sight fell off when the FFL cleared the chamber after he took it out of the box. It was cracked across the set-screw. Not a huge deal, as I was going to go with a red-dot sight, anyway, but worrying. Today, as I was stripping it down to do it's initial cleaning and lubrication, I discovered that the recoil guide-rod is bent. It is bent enough that it is noticeable, and easy to see if you roll it on a flat surface. I have sent a service request into SCCY - I will let you know how this turns out. This doesn't exactly instill me with a lot of confidence, however, as this weapon had not had a single round fired through it. This is to be an every-day carry side-arm - it's not really going to work if I have to handle it with kid-gloves.
