Is this pistol red dot ready ? Why do some say RD and others say RDR ?
Hi Ernest, yes sir, this is red dot ready. The RD designation is used when a red dot is included. RDR means it is red dot ready. This listing should say RDR, not RD.

Hi Ernest and welcome. Yes, this model has a Red Dot Ready Slide. RD model pistols were sold with the red dot mounted on them. RDR pistols are optics ready and milled for a Shield RMS or RMSc footprint.
