PTR 91 KFM4R .308 Winchester Semi-Auto Rifle - Blue/Black, 16" Barrel, 20 Rounds, Synthetic, Collapsible Stock

This rifle functions very well and is well made. I purchased my first rifle and liked it so much that I purchased a second PTR-91 rifle.

This heavy beast is fun to shoot. I get about 1.25"-1.50" MOA with most ammo including wolf. I've had Zero issues or malfunctions with it over the last couple of years of owning it. Although I will NOT be hiking the hills with it, maybe a younger person in their 20's could handle hiking the hills with it. The trigger isn't the best but once you master it, you will get decent accuracy.

I consider myself very lucky that I got this. I had been looking at 308's for a while and I was about to pull the trigger on the wood furniture version of this rifle, I was actually waiting for my paycheck to come in on 12/17 and it was going on layaway. Then sandy hook happened a few days before and by the time the layaway funds were available it had been sold out, this was the only one that was left. I stayed up on payday and moments after the check cleared this was on layaway. Recently got it out of layaway and I must tell you this is a beautiful mean looking rifle, the pictures do not do it justice. I ordered a set of surplus wood furniture thinking I wouldnt care for the m-4 collapsible stock but its kinda grown on me. The fit and finish on this rifle are excellent, and given the current circumstances this is a good buy for 2 or 3k. My dad has an older one and he is jealous of mine with the pic rails and adjustable stock. When I transferred it through my ffl, he said I was very lucky and that as it sat on his counter it was worth twice what I paid for it. He said a lot of shops have been ripping off thier layaway customers and selling items for market value rather than the prior layaway price. Pretty shady if you ask me, but Buds came through.
