  This shotgun is prohibited in California as it is a semi-auto that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
  If it was a pump action it'd be fine or od ot had a tube magazine, or a fixed magazine it'd be fine

  Warren, this is a full sized Semi-auto shotgun (20 inch barrel) with a Fixed tactical stock and a vertical hand grip is perfectly legal same as if a rifle (long gun). Cheers and sat safe!
• Q: This will shoot 410 slug, bird, buck as long as they are 3” and smaller I assume? This is not just a slug gun correct?

  I tried contacting the dealer with no good results. I was informed via email they couldn't import high capacity magazines into the US (see below)
