The Springfield M1A Loaded 308 is a solid, well built accurate rifle. It is reasonably priced for the options that come with the MA9222LE. The adjustable rear sight for elevation and wind age make it fairly easy for person who has not shot a rifle for 48-years to hit the target. The walnut stock gives the rifle an impressive/quality look. In 1969 I was provided with an M-14 for basic training and feel the MA9222 has many similar qualities as the military rifle.

I ordered this through the QP program. It took about 6 weeks to arrive. The wait was well worth it! The stock is absolutely beautiful and a bit more unique in appearance than others I have seen. A well made rifle! It came with a nice Springfiled Armory case, which is thicker than expected, negating the need for me to buy one aftermartket. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

Packed for an air drop . Was very pleased with the M1a . Wasn't expecting a soft pack case. The rifle is a beautiful ,Walnut stock, well greased, rifle. Buy from a preferred FFL and they will be no problems. Thanks! Buds and all the staff. Semper FI !!

Waited 2 1/2 months for this firearm and it was worth every second. I did not realize the rifle came in a soft case from the factory, which well protects and secures the rifle. If I had the funds, I would purchase another M1A loaded. People talk about the AR-15-, I will say, I have used both and the M1A is now my choice. Yes, there is a little more weight to the M1A and unless you plan to use as a carry weapon the weight is an advantage. Am I satisfied with the M1A--without a doubt.
