Very nice and smooth. But the stock is a bit flimsy and it has one side running too close to the barrel me. The trigger needs replaced if you want precision. For the $ it's the best 7mm prc in the world. It's a hunting rifle. A damn good one.

Mounted a Burris 6.5-20 Fullfield E1 scope on her and took to the range. It was only my first time out with her I shot a .592” group. Recoil was negligible, and I mean that. Just a bit of punch, not severe at all. Altogether my experience has been more than just positive, awesome would fit. The price was right, the shipping was fast, I mean wow!

Have fired 40 rounds of the Hornady Precision Hunter through this rifle since purchase. The first 10-15 rounds had me discouraged as a 2.5" group at 100yds. was about as good as I was getting. After cleaning the rifle really good & firing a few more rounds through it the groups tightened up. The last two groups that I fired through this rifle were 1.00" & 1.12" So hopefully after continuing to shoot it will hopefully stay at least in this area. Definitely not the the tightest shooting rifle by no means but for a $600 7PRC its definitely worth the money. I have it topped with a Blackhound optic that came off of a 6.5 creedmoor that I can confirm was a good scope.

The only thing about this rifle I don't like is it has a feeding issue, Sometimes the bolt is hard to close and for the price you think Ruger would fix this issue. Other then that the rifle is not bad for what it cost.

Shot way better than it should for the price, 0.3moa-0.5moa groups most shots touching, I can't say enough about it was a pleasure to shoot muzzle break did its job well, bolt could be smoother, but hey for under 700 it's a bargain.
