  Tom, some states have arbitrarily enacted laws governing the purchase of firearms which increase the age limit over the federal minimums. Some states have laws that allow a person to buy a firearm from a private individual at 18, but not from a dealer. until 21. Like many laws we have today, some don;t make much sense. Regardless, you will have to abide by the laws in your state if you want to remain legal. I don;t believe the pistol grip will have any effect on the minimum age limit in your state to purchase a shotgun. It might however not be legal in your state to sell a particular model of shotgun. The easiest way I know to get the whole scoop on the purchasing laws in your state is to consult a local FFL licensed firearms dealer. Sadly, even law enforcement personnel are not always up-to-date on the laws in their locality. A FFL dealer has to be up to date - their income depends on being legal.

  Joseph - this comes with a Stand-Off Breacher Choke Tube that equates to Open cylinder bore as far as constriction size. It uses it the Beretta /Benelli type choke tubes and additional chokes of various sizes can be purchased. • Q: I just picked up this shotgun yesterday. Says 5+1 but I just cant seem to get the 5th round into the mag tube. 2 3/4 rounds. Is this normal? Will tge spring loosen so i can get my 5th shell in my mag tube?

  Joseph, yes, this Marine model has a tactical adjustable stock with pistol grip,
  Picatinny top rail, ghost ring front sight, and an extended muzzle brake
  choke.

  I believe The Dickonson/Titan Arms shotgun stocks and pistol grips is also in the compatibility of parts with the H&R pardener line of shotguns. If by grip you mean fore end grip then yes it has a built in rail on the forearm/pump to attach your own.

  Peter, the Muzzle brake Installed is Fixed Cylinder Bore and is fine for firing slugs.

• Q: Curious how well the slide holds up after working the action. Use this style of weapon in the snow hunting coyotes and they get a fair amount of abuse from snow and ice. I had a stoger that constantly broke cause of basically a glued on pin to the pump. Poor design for a pump shotgun. Also curious about a tube extension for this style
