• Q: I want to know is the upper and lower made of polymer and what is the twist rate of the barrel

  Leroy, this has a reinforced polymer upper and lower, so both upper and lower are polymer. This has a 1:8 twist ratio. This wouldn't be a bad first AR15 because you will likely upgrade alot of parts and that's what you want for a first time AR. You want a cheaper one that you'll slowly upgrade parts and learn the the platform. If you already own one and know the platform I'd recommend something else. • Q: I looked at the banned ATI list and I only saw the Omni Maxx version banned. Is this model banned as well?

  Loren, this model does not have a heavy contour barrel, which MD requires to be state compliant. As you know, barrels that are not heavy contour commit way more crimes than heavy barrels. (sorry couldn't help that) Have a great day!
