Hi Ron and welcome. No Sir. The DE is too heavy (Weight: 70.40 oz) for NY (50 oz limit for handguns) for whatever silly reason. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Ron, unfortunately no. A handgun with a manufactured weight of fifty ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded is prohibited.
