• Q: Is this rifle legal for purchase in NY? The magazine seems to be the right size and the stock and grip seem to be compliant from just looking at it.

• Q: The picture looks like it is suggesting that this particular model is left handed bc the barrel is pointing left, but it doesn't say so in the description. Is it right handed?

  This is the "Loaded" model Bobby. The nylon carry bag is not mentioned. Buds or Springfield Customer Service may be able to specify whether or not this comes with the package. Buds CS = (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday). Springfield CS = 1-800-680-6866 Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 CST.
