This seems to be the only model of Beretta where the ones from the US and Italian factories have the same part number. Has anyone gotten one from the current batch and can you report in on where it came from? I really want a Brigadier but I want an Italian one. Things would be so much simpler if I could just talk to someone from the warehouse for two minutes rather than get something I don't want and have to spend $90 to return it)

If you install the spring and transfer bar kit from either Langdon or Wilson Combat, you will be amazed as just how good a DA/SA trigger can be. A Ferrari of a gun in looks…and the mods make it handle just as good…..extremely happy with it

The Pistol:
The Beretta 92FS Brigadier is a flawless pistol. I have put a couple thousand rounds down range with it so far and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it.
The heavy Brigadier slide reduces recoil and gives you more control for faster more accurate shots down range. The Hogue grips feel perfect in your hands.
The weight of the pistol and quality of the grips and control give you optimum comfort for speed and accuracy. I would 100% recommend this firearm.

I have owned a Beretta 92FS in the past, but the Brigader is a step up. The only real difference is that the slide weighs 4oz more than the slide on a 92FS, and the front sight is dovetailed. The Brigader has by far the softest recoil of any handgun I have shot. The sights are perfect straight from the box. This particular Beretta is from the Tennessee factory, and it has the same consistence quality as the Italian made Berettas. Beretta is my favorite handgun manufacturer and this model is by far the best model available from the factory.
