• Q: I live in Nevada but having trouble finding this model that’s is not California because it has LCI. But if I get this because I want it badly can i take off the LCI?

  I would say it might void the warranty on it firearm. If that isn’t an issue with you then I would either have a qualified gunsmith give you his input or but this one then somehow find just then slide. I live in California and have to deal with Loaded Chamber Indicators on some firearms. I thank Sig Sauer for this, though. Without them doing this setup Californians wouldn’t be able to have it. You’re in Nevada, right next to me. Lucky. LOL.

  Comes with two magazines, 10 rounds capacity. Also comes in a nice plastic case, with lock, manual, chamber flag, and warranty paperwork. These are beautiful firearms. I own the scorpion 1911. Great shooter.

• Q: The CA. version says p226 ELITE on right side of slide.Is this a SCORPION or ELITE as written on side of pistol? Nowhere on gun indicates its label a SCORPION. Ken

• Q: can you run the 15 round mags in this gun? Is it any different than the reg p226 other than the mag capacity I do not live in CA and was just wondering about that. thanks

  These will accept 15rd mags just fine. They are identical other than mag capacity for compliance.
