The HK45 is full-sized like the Universal Self-loading Pistol (USP), but with ergonomic styling like the P2000. The HK45 adds front end grip serrations on the slide, a Picatinny rail, and an O-ring polygonal barrel for increased accuracy and more consistent lock-up of the slide and barrel during cycling. HK's unique internal mechanical recoil reduction system reduces recoil by as much as 30%, and the polymer frame with a textured ergonomic grip allows the pistol to sit lower into the web of the hand, contributing to recoil management and greater control of the weapon. This pistol features interchangeable backstraps, night sights, and an extended ambidextrous slide release. The HK45 has ambidextrous controls, enabling the control lever to be switched from the left to the right side of the pistol (additional parts required); for true ambidextrous use, a control lever can be mounted on each side of the pistol. The HK45 has been extensively tested and operationally proven, and it is well-suited for personal defense use. This model comes with 3 magazines.

SOLID SHOOTER. DEADLY ACCURATE. RAPID RECOVERY. Having owned 9 .45ACPs in various configurations with at least 5K rounds through each, the HK45 is easily in the Top 3! Crisp trigger with minimal creep and a palpable reset. The sights are simple but effective and are more than adequate for day or nite ops. Report and flash betray it's very mild recoil. Firing strong hand, weak hand, limp wrist and all the old school FBI drills, the recoil is similar to a .41 MAG out of a 6" Model 57 S&W. This makes for quick follow on double taps with ALL rounds in the center ring at 15 yards save 1 grazer due to me being stung by a redwasp just as I was changing mags on a drill. The bore axis is about a 3.6 on a scale of 1-5. I LOVE THIS PISTOL. ITS A KEEPER! I carry only Federal HST 230 GR +P and it eats'em like Certs. As always. a flawless transaction with Bud's as a Team Bud's!

First purchase through Buds Gun Shop. It went smooth. The gun arrived to my FFL within 2 days. The process was easy and simple. Definitely will buy from Buds Gun Shop again. I bought the HK 45 V1 DA/SA, 745001LE‐A5, UPC 642230245167. It comes with three 10 round magazines and night sights. This .45 ACP pistol is amazing. Ready for war out of the box. This is my first .45 ACP pistol and I love it. The reason why I bought it, it was the grip. The grip on this gun is really ergonomic. For me its perfect. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, this gun will feel right on your hands. Definitely a keeper. Quality product as always from Heckler & Koch.
