Is this model a Safety only model or a Safety / Decocker ?

The 92fs has a "safety decocker"...it will decock when the safety is engaged, and the safety will remain in safe.

is this a new gun in a hard case?

Is this one made in the US or Italy? The pic is too difficult to read the barrel markings. Slot screws on the grip would lead me to believe it is Italy. But this could be a "canned" photo, so I don't want to just assume anything. There is nothing in the description or specs listed that says one way or another. Please advise.

Excellent price from Buds and the Beretta 92FS is a quality handgun made in the USA. Beretta has an optional steel replacement parts set that is also a great price from Buds should you decide to replace the polymer trigger, recoil spring guide rod, mag catch and safety lever. Not necessary to do but make it a nicer gun IMO.

A beautiful gun, quality from end to end. First shots, 100% reliable. the weapon is smooth shooting and very accurate. I purchased this for my collection and didn't expect to be a CCW however it's such a pleasure to shoot, with a good holster I carry this several times a week as I have a large selection to choose from. Buds are always a pleasure to deal with.

Great classic pistol. Fits well in the hand points and shoots well. Good price that included 3 mags and Bud's shipped it quickly. Removing one star and not giving it a five as it didn't come with any cleaning rod or printer owners manual / instructions for the gun.
