I want to buy a XD Mod2 9mm one is all black and the other is all gray. SA says they marketed a limited run of XD Mod2 9mm with a gray polymer frame and black slide. This one XDG9101YHCGRY on Bud's website has a gray polymer frame and gray cerakote slide. If SA customer service said they never imported this in a gray cerakote slide. They had a limited production run of gray polymer frame and black slide. If they never imported an all gray XD who cerakoted the slide?

I've owned SA pistols for the last 10yrs, put thousands of rounds through them and they always perform. I bought this one because it was a bit lighter than XD, the cerakote option on it was a key factor in my choice since I've never owned a gun metal gray pistol. So far I've only put about 100rnds through it but pleased with the performance. The grip is nice and improved compared to the old XD and I've upgraded the sights to Trueglo TFX's. Buds was quick in processing and shipping, the price was just too good to pass up as well!

Excited about the new collection add on. Gun review doesn’t do justice until you actually have it in your hand and shoot it. About the light grey color on the picture let’s just it’s way way lighter than the actual product. It’s a darker grey in reality.

Gun looks good as advertised and service from Bud's was timely. The gun is easy to break down and clean. Feels very good in the hand for a double stack pistol. It's slimmer than most double stacks which is one of the reasons I purchased. Price was very good on this gun and Springfield is offering 3 extra 16 round mags. and a range bag free through 12-31-18. Can't wait to take it to the range.
