Buds did a Excellent job with keeping me updated with the whole process through Email. Ordering the gun with Buds is quick and very easy. I got the gun delivered to my local gun shop in 3days it looks great!!! I haven't had time to shoot it yet.

Firearm: This particular color is darker than the image would suggest. It is more of a charcoal grey, than a silver grey if you understand the comparison. The slide and firearm were covered with oil, and wrapped in a plastic bag, inside of a cardboard box. With how much you're paying, I think they could step up the game a little bit with the packaging of the thing, but it did arrive unharmed. This particular model (and any model that doesn't come with a thread adapter per S&W) will not include the thread protector wrench, to remove it. One quick call to S&W M&P and they put it out for free in the mail no questions. The magazines are very well made and drop freely like expected, and are easy to load with the load assist slide on the side. All in all the firearm is exactly what I wanted for feel and size/weight. No rounds through this, so I cannot comment on durability, but there is plenty of evidence from other colors to show that it is a reliable pistol. Buds: Once it shipped it was to my FFL in 2 days. I feel I owe this to the employees of the company to explain to everyone about the ACH process, and to clear up confusion. The process itself does take 5 days like they explain, but I've also never had it explained to the affect that it was for me. The funds clear within 2 days from purchaser's account, the following 3 days it will be held for security reasons(each day a different security reason) and then released to Buds as cleared funds. The fact it was explained finally, helps understand the amount of time it takes to see any kind of movement on their website after seeing funds leave my account.

This handgun is very easy to handle and operate. Lightweight, which helps my arthritic hands. Single stack for my small hands also helps. I highly recommend this gun for ladies getting started or for anyone who's had thumb surgery on both hands! I can shoot this until my hands are able to handle my 9mm handgun.
