The Chiappa Firearms la332 deluxe takedown right handed rifle features a lever action, a single trigger, hammer safety and a barrel length of 18.5". The barrel has a caliber of 22 long rifle with a 15+1 capacity and a rate of twist of 1:16". The stock is a walnut oil finish wood and the metal is finished in blued. Included is a dovetail rear sight. This rifle weighs 5.5 lbs and has an over all length of 35.5".

The Chiappa LA 322 Deluxe is a nice rifle. It looks like a Marlin 39A, but differs in the lever action internals. Fit and finish are very good. The walnut stock has nice grain and a pretty good finish. The black chrome receiver and the blued barrel are well done. The rubber butt pad is a nice touch, but not needed. The loading tube rod can be finicky and can take several efforts to load all the rounds. The action is slick and after 100 rounds of different .22 LR I have had no problems at all. The rifle is very accurate and the sights are easy to use. My only complaint is that the lever drops done about 1/2" when the action is closed, it does not do this with the hammer cocked. For the price it is a very good value and makes an excellent all round hunting and plinking rifle. The Chiappa LA 322 would make a great first rifle for anyone new to shooting a lever action.

Wow! This little rifle combines two of my favorites things--lever actions and take downs. The rifle is so simple to maintain and disassemble and most importantly it shoots well. I have only run about a 100 rounds through it thus far, but I will be doing a lot more later. At 35 yards, the rifle hits what I aim at. I have purchased a few Chiappa firearms and I must say that the quality is not always up to snuff, but the LA 322 Deluxe Take Down Lever Action is not a disappointment at all.

Nice rifle that is handicapped by the coarse sights supplied with it. Due to how the front sight attaches to the rifle it is not easily changed. I contacted the company and the sights it comes with are the only ones available.
