  Yes, but the handguard that already comes on this rifle is the MOE Carbine M-Lok handguard. So there would be no purpose in changing it, unless I am misunderstanding your question.

  i would use what we used in the Army 62 grain bullet. I personally use American Eagle by Federal is my choice.
