  Hi David, this has a pistol brace, not a stock, so it is classified as a pistol. It is a non NFA item and no tax stamp required.

  None From Angstadt Arms "We do not have any testing data as to the compatibility of any binary trigger system nor do we plan on testing them. From our communications with current binary trigger manufactures, binary triggers are not compatible with PCCs."

• Q: What kind of stock can be legally used on this UDP-9? If you can put a normal fixed stock on it, is it mil-spec or non mil-spec? I really don't know what would fit, or even know what the difference is but apparently there is one. Thanks

  Hi Glenn, you can not legally put a stock without registration and $200 tax stamp. You can however, put a brace on. I believe the gun comes with the brace as pictured.
