Benelli Ethos Sport 20 GA 3" 28" AA-Grade Satin Walnut Engrav - 28" Barrel, 4+1 Rounds, 3" Chamber

This is my first Benelli, WOW is it good. The smaller 20 gauge doesn't really change my hit-to-miss ratio when shooting clays (I have always used a 12 gauge before). What I don't miss is the 7 pounds of a 12 gauge gun and its recoil. The inertia drive system, the progressive comfort butt stock totally smooths out the punch, feels like a 22 rimfire. It will be easy to carry around hunting and doing sporting clays. The balance, swing weight, and everything else helps ensure that there is a good follow-up to the first shot.

I used an e check so I got the gun at a reduced price. After the 5 day hold the gun was shipped. The gun was shipped to my FFL and I picked it up. I made sure I checked it before I accepted the transfer. The gun was brand new without issue. I test fired the Benelli Ethos Sport 20 Ga. at a sporting clays range and it performed without any issues. It was important to me to have a light gun in the field when I hunt with my dog. I also wanted a gun I could shoot a good amount of loads through when I go to the sporting clays range. The gun is so light and easy to mount. The finish is beautiful and the target loads fed flawlessly. The recoil is great with the new recoil reduction system. The gun is pricy but seems to be worth it. Look forward to an upland hunt later this week. No issues with Bud's gun and I am very happy with the Benelli Ethos Sport.
