Springfield Armory 45 MOD2 SC 3.3 10RFDE - 3.3" Barrel, 10+1 Rounds

I liked everything about this pistol except its accuracy. The trigger out of the box was terrible. I shoot my glock 43 much better. Kept this gun a month and sold it.

Reliable, accurate. was shooting left. Sights are really tight. Could not drift. Gun shop did it for me. Barrel bluing wares out after couple of 100 rounds. Recoil is manageable.

Do not think twice about getting this pistol, i was researching for a concealed carry for months, was leaning towards a single stack 9mm for its versatility and sleekness but if im only going to have 7 rounds max, then for me personally it has to be a .45 because every shot counts. so i was stuck between the XD-S and the mod 2 because of size but what really steered me away from the XDS was its small grip, im 24 years old 185 5"11 and my hands aren't so big and it was hard to get a solid grip when letting off the 45, that immediately steered me away from it along with its small 6 +1 round clip, the MOD 2 has an amazing grip compared to the xds and carrying wise it is almost the same. Theres no two ways about it, MOD 2 carrys more rounds, better grip for accuracy and control and the x tention clip is the icing on the cake, i did however order a pinky grip extension for the conceal magazine from pearcegrip and it just made the gun that more enjoyable. im a super harsh critic when it comes to anything i spend money on and theres nothing negative i can say about this gun really, i come from a family of Glocks so by far im going to stick with Springfield. to me its a prettier glock. ran 750 rounds through her and not one FTE.
