This thing shoot as flat as a pancake. So surprised at the soft recoil this thing delivers. The venom vortex is a great optic as well. In a self defense situation the sights are high enough to see though the optic for a first shot, to turn on is the up button on the side of your support hand. Good size and easy to hit. Other optics the turn on button is tiny little thing almost impossible to hit in an active situation. The trigger is no doubt one of S&W better triggers and the grip on it is perfect. My buddy has one an thinks it was a little to much and he just gently rubbed on it with light grit sandpaper a made it to his liking. Gun has shot flawlessly and field stripping for mantance is really simple. I have concealed carry it a few times, little long but with the right position and clothes definitely doable. Honestly can't think of much to knock on with this pistol. I know I heard of feed issues but I experienced none of that. So not sure about that. But other than that, if your looking for a good bear gun this should be top of the list. Definitely recommend. Also buds guns was amazing the layway process was super simple so much so became a member and will definitely be back for my next purchase!

10mm Smith and Wesson PC M&P 2.0. I love this firearm. When I first got it, I was so excited, I took it to shoot and had a few nose up failure to feeds. 2 out of a hundred. I did not not clean or lube this gun before first firing. Cleaned and lubed after first firing. Hand cycled in the evenings as a break in. Next session was flawless. S&B 180's, hand loads various power levels, Underwood 1400+ FPS. No problemo. Will be my new hiking gun after another few hundred rounds. PS Buds is awesome! Not my first purchase here. Ammo prices are pretty impressive here too.

This weapon is a great buy, the fit and finish is superb. Grip texturing is fantastic. I am not a huge fan of the Vortex Venom Optic as it is older and lacks some modern features. It did come installed, and the gun comes with all of the needed optics plates, you cant go wrong. The trigger is good from the factory, but could be improved. Smith & Wesson provides great value in this gun, ported barrel, improved trigger, optics cut, etc.........Lets not forget she shoots like a dream and no malfunctions during my first 100 rounds.

Wow! I have several Kimbers and Sigs that for 30+ years I have touted as the most accurate handguns I have ever used. I got 2 inch groups at 10 yards with Winchester range ammo 180grain right out of the box. It was a little disappointing that I had to remove the red-dot, even cranking the elevation to full stop it was a 2 inch group, but 6 inches low. The weapon alone is one of the best I have shot in 30 years to include miliary and LE background. I am only 5'6" and with the small backstrap the frame fits like an extension of my hand. There is almost no recoil - I did not buy the initial "ported barrel" reason, but there is no doubt it must help, plus it looks great. The trigger is very crisp with consistent light pull and redress. I highly recommend anyone looking for a 10mm to put this on your list.
