Rossi R92 Carbine .357 Mag 16.5" Moss Green Cerakote 8+1 - 16.5" Barrel, 8+1 Rounds, Wood, Black Stock

I’m very happy with my R92. It has shit everything I’ve put through it consistently. It cycles perfectly and is very smooth. The brass bead sight is amazing. It’s so easy to pick up with the eye. The finish is really nice. It’s such a light handy carbine that can handle anything around the house. At first it was a little stiff loading the round but as I broke it in it became smoother.

This pistol caliber carbine is AWESOME! I love the green color and the fact that the barrel is threaded. I got the carbine yesterday, which was one week after paying it off through Buds' layaway program. Thanks Buds for that service! I've only shot 38 Specials so far, and they cycled well. My friend came over with his suppressor and the 38 Specials are hearing safe with the can on! Now I am going to save up for a suppressor. It is going to take me a while to develop an accurate load. I just had a bunch of mixed ammo. The Rossi was shooting a few inches to the right. The front post did not want to budge, so I was doing all my adjustments on the rear sight. Feels like a 50 yard gun until I can get good at it. I'm confident I will eventually get paper-plate-accurate at 100 yards. I will probably put a red dot on it someday. The only flaw I found was that the butt plate had a stripped-out screw. As I was pulling it out of the plastic wrap at the FFL, the rubber butt plate separated from the wood stock, pulled away 1/2 inch at the top. It was a bummer that my first impression was this, but I didn't find any other flaws. I fixed the problem easily with a longer wood screw. I'm very happy with my purchase and plan to carry this handy carbine on my tractor, in my truck, and keep it by the bed at night! Thanks Buds and Rossi.
