• Q: I just ordered this under the assumption that it is the 870 express as the picture shows but I wanted to see if anyone knew for sure. I do not want the field master and want to make sure it is the express model

  It is a Field master the express is no longer being produced The Field master is the replacement for the express the new Rem_arms made some improvements on the express and renamed it field master

• Q: the big paragraph below the picture also lists it as having 28 inch barrel and a 18&1/2 inch barrel which leads to confusion for those interested in it

  Anthony, the 20" barrel is rifled. The 26" barrel is a smoothbore & comes with 3 choke tubes.
