Hi Aaron, the pictured brace is not included, it just has a bare buffer tube. I would recommend the 9mm over .223/5.56 for an AR pistol, but that is just my personal preference. Hi Marcus, I would contact Bud's and see if this is still shipping with no brace or not. Since the ATF has been over ruled, braces are now legal again.
