Miguel, this is a USA made Glock 21. The OS is an error as it should be FS (Fixed Sights) as shown at other vendor listings and at Glock. Cheers and stay safe!

Miguel, I cant find what the os stands for but this one was made in the USA, that is what the us stands for. Hope this helps.

What comes with this model Glock G21413US.

This is a Glock 21 gen 4 so will come with 3-13 round magazines. All 4 and 5 gens come with 3 mags and first threw third gen come with 2 mags. This comes with a 4.6 inch match grade barrel, Glocks standard fixed sights, and interchangeable backstraps. Hope this helps.

Shipping was very fast and you can't beat the 90 day lay away program that Bud's offers. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the gun came in with the front sight slightly crooked which wasn't necessarily a big deal as it was to be replaced anyways.
