Taurus G3 Tan Black 9mm Pistol - Stainless/Silver, 4" Barrel, 17+1 Rounds

Yes its a $200 pistol. I expect some flaws but I will say this. It came “dirty”. The barrel was gunky. The slide was kinda dirty. But what I noticed the most cosmetically was, the numbering on the side of the barrel is completely crooked and looks chewed up. Not clear and hard to read. As far as functionality, I shot 115gr green tracers and it “soft hitted” about 3 times. Had to eject 3 non fired rounds. Not sure if it was bullet related or firing pin related. After about 50 rounds, never had another issue as far as functionality. Cleaned the gun and put it up.

Loved my other G3, so I got a 2nd one to dye so it matched my mck. Reliable and a great value.

I bought this gun because it was cheap and being that this was going to be my first time buying a gun online, I didn't want thousands of dollars caught up in this transaction incase things went sideways somewhere along the way. The transaction was flawless. I ordered the gun, it was at the FFL days later and then I dealt with the paperwork from there and took my gun home. I went out shooting and I have an FN 509 tactical that I paid quite a bit more for than I paid for this Taurus. I brought the Taurus along shooting and I had already told myself that my lady could carry it or maybe I'd give it to my stepson or something although I'm past the point of assigning a reason for every gun I have. Anyway, the Taurus performed like a champ. I was shooting better groups with the Taurus G3 than I was with my FN. No problems at all, came with two clips, one 15 and one 17 or 18 and it's just a great gun. I could have bought 3 or 4 of them for the price I paid for my fancy 9mm. I would recommend this gun and this buying process from Bud's is so easy that now I buy Guns from Bud's like my lady buys art supplies from Amazon.
