  Jermaine, unfortunately this is not legal in new jersey due to the pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel and flash hider. Sorry but hope this helps.   Matthew, this has a 16 inch barrel with a 1:7 twist and 1/2×28 thread pitch. It also had a 12 inch handguard not 15 like in the description. According to reviews the castle nut is staked but can't find anywhere that radical firearms states it's staked. Additional information here if interested......................... Barrel Length: 16",

• Q: Does this rifle give you the ability to mount a sling? I do not see where you would mount a single or 2 point sling

  Michael, The MFT Stock has Multiple Sling Slots for a single point sling. For a two point sling you would need a sling swivel that will attach to the MLOK handguard. Have a great day!
