  Hi Brenda and welcome. This rifle has a Manual Safety right behind the trigger guard (Cross Bolt Safety).   Hi Gerald, yes sir, this is MA legal, although I'm a little confused on your question.
  This is a semi-auto rifle and your title says 'lever action'.
  A lever action would have no capacity restriction as long as it has a tubular magazine.
