I have had this rifle for about two months now and have put enough rounds through it to at least give my first initial opinion of it. 6.5 CM ammo as of this review is hard to come by and expensive. I have found that some rounds chamber easier than others and some require a bit of encouragement on the bolt handle. Regardless, all rounds have shot well within one to one and a half MOA. This may change when I put more of a variety of ammo through it. Considering the 6.5 CM round was designed around a 24" barrel, this 18" barrel does very well. The rifle is light in comparison to other 6.5 rifles so, the recoil might be more than you would expect but, not bad. I may add a brake or moderator (wishful thinking) at some point. Overall, I really like this rifle and after my experience with it I am very happy with my purchase. There are only two cons in my opinion and they are both small things. The first one in the chambering issue that I already mentioned. The second one is that the safety selector acts weird. If the bolt is out or in the up position it functions just as you would expect but, one in the downward ( fully in battery position ) there is a notch in-between safe and fire. Others have reported the same thing and it does not affect operation in any way. It is just a slight annoyance. Even with those things, I'd still buy it again.

This is the all time precision, hunting rifle out on the market. I looked constantly online for a year and a half. Got on buds click the notification, and they will let you know in an email when available. There was a recall on the sig cross but mine was newer, and is in perfect working condition! If you can find this weapon buy it! Mine is in 6.5 creedmoor, they have a few other calibers available. Barrels from sig are available and interchangeable, and already timed. Just remove the forearm mlok rail, and barrel nut. Stock is folding has cheek comb, adjustable shoulder stock, and adjustable trigger. Before buying look at the serial numbers available, and go to sig website to see if it is on recall list. They will fix recall, but makes it easier to purchase one that has been put into service that's off the line from sig arms already! Buds was outstanding as usual!
