Hello all. What is the difference between this model (tactical) and its counter part? The look the same and when I did the side by side comparison Bud's offers, they were the same.

First buds isn't using the correct photo for this tactical version. The tactical version looks like it has upgraded sights and a a2 style flash hider instead of the slanted muzzle. Other than that couldn't find much difference. Copy this model number and type it into Google for the correct photo RI4090N. Hope this helps.

Keith, this model has a receiver side rail for optics mounting, S7 Steel Bolt Carrier - S7 Steel Feed Ramp & S7 Steel Front Trunnion. The other model does not have an Optics Rail on the receiver. Stock level of both may be playing a part in the price difference. Cheers and stay safe!

The only difference i could find was the model Model RI4090N (the one you linked to) lists it as having a combloc side rail for mounting an optics rail, the other model (RI3291-N) doesn't list it as having the side rail. The VSKA rifle features an all new bolt carrier, front trunnion, and feed ramp machined from S7 tool steel and specially heat treated for maximum durability. AWESOME rifle at a great price with fast shipping.

This is a fairly nice rifle, but the one I received is not the one in the photo or described. The one I received is more like a form of the Trooper model with the 90 degree gas block sight combo, fixed solid stock and birdcage flash hider. The furniture is light weight black plastic. Stock does not have cleaning kit storage trap door nor is it open frame like a lot of the Trooper models for sale. Not sure what I think of the muzzle nd of this one. The entire rifle just feels cheap.

I just received the gun so I haven't shot it yet. I like the feel of it and the way it looks. I plan on changing the stock and adding rails so I can attach a grip and other stuff. This is my 1st ak so I'm excited.

In general, I like the rifle. I've found the rifle for less money since my purchase which is a bit annoying. The grip is pretty small so I've swapped it out with a Magpul grip and the hand guard is also not the best, so I swapped it out for a Magpul hand guard too. I have not taken it to the range yet, but as of right now, I like the rifle better with the modifications I have made.

This AK is AWESOME!!! The one you actually get has the new RH10 gas block/sight. The Rifle is BEAUTIFUL! Well made! The barrel is chrome lined and the trunnion is made from S7 tool steel so it’s very strong! I’m very very impressed with this Rifle. Before I forget it also has the new upgraded trigger from Century Arms and it is crisp and clean break!!! You won’t regret purchasing this Rifle!!!
