Zachary, this is not the A4 Other, this is classified as a pistol, so it is not NJ compliant. There are plenty of gun shops in NJ that sell the Troy A4 Other. Don't know what part of NJ you're in, but here's one >>> https://www.shootersnj.com/products/troy-ind-011356227850-011356227850-2950

Zachary, this cannot be shipped to new jersey due to the magazine attaching outside of the pistol grip, threaded barrel and manufacturers weight of over 50 ozs. Sorry but hope this helps.
