  Angelo, This is directly from a customer review of May 2019---" I was surprised to find that it arrived with 2 magazines, even though I had ordered 10 spare ones". So sounds like it ships with 2-20 round magazines.

• Q: AR and AK style receivers are banned in my county. Is this considered an AR receiver?

  This would be a CETME/G3 style receiver, without knowing what county/state you are in it is difficult to tell whether this would be compliant though.
• Q: Is this rifle legal in NY state ?I plan on using it for bear hunting.

• Q: Is the Stock "Factory New" like the rifle is listed as? The picture posted for it shows the Buttstock with what appears to be some wear and one of the reviews mentions the stock being "a bit more worn than expected".Please comment on the condition of the stock!

  Mark, some rifles will have better stocks than others as these rifles are assembled using Original surplus wood furniture. This is luck of the draw for condition.   Andrew - the only means available to mount a bayonet on this one is "JB Weld". No mounting system included no this rifle.

• Q: Im reposting this question first time i asked i probably wasnt clear enough ok can a metal lower receiver be put on this rifle either cetme or hk trigger housing? Reason i ask is because metal lowers have a pin that goes through the upper which holds it in place but polymer lowers come right out if i put a metal lower how is it hold in place is it possible at all? This is a clone not an original cetme or hk thats where my confusion is i want to put a metal lower it looks a los better.

  Marcel - everything I am seeing indicates this rifle comes with a stamped metal receiver ... I think you are referring to the trigger housing being polymer? IF so, then you (or your gunsmith) should be able to swap it out for a CetMe trigger housing, I would think. Shouldn't be a big deal - unless it is rivetted in place - then you would end up grinding off and removing rivet(s). You could probably purchase a new US made AR-10 style 308 rifle for the same money you;d have in this one.

• Q: It says chambered in .308 Winchester but can it shoot the 7.62x52 nato cartridge?

  Yes it can a .308 is safe with both .308 and 7.62x 51 NATO the 7.62 is a lower pressure round and will not have any issues in a .308 juts don't shoot .308 in a 7.62x51 (only) gun

  Zachary, yes the majority of CETME rifles will. A few CETME's will have tight mag wells which will cause slightly out of spec German HK91 straight mags to not seat fully (you will have to slightly dremel the top sides of the mag) so the bolt will strip the top round. I have a CETME and had to do this to only two out of 10 HK91 Mags. The other 8 fit fine.
