Hi Ethan, I would usually trust the manufacturer's web site. The manufacturer should know the specs of it's own guns, but on rare occasion they have been incorrect. I have a feeling this is one of those times.

I would contact Tikka for an accurate answer, the only number I can find is for SAKO (Tikka Distributor) in Finland (+358) 10 830 5200
