Take Ed's advice and find one locally in NJ. They can then pin the thread protector and you're good to go!

Hi William, all this needs to be NJ complaint is to have the thread protector pinned/welded. Bud's does not do compliant work, but there are many gun shops in NJ where you can buy this gun. I am a NJ resident and have seen this for sale in a few gun shops. This does not have a folding/telescoping stock, the gun itself folds in half, so #1 in the answer below does not apply.
With all that being said, your best bet is to buy this locally at a gun shop in NJ, where it will be made compliant.
