Hi Shannondoah, the only Undercover II on the CA web site is model 53620, which is 16 oz.
The model you linked to is a new model, 53624, which should also be 16oz. If you call Charter Arms again, give them model number 53624 for an accurate answer. I am seeing different vendors giving weights of 16, 20, and 23 ounces.
