special order adds about a week to the shipping (3-7 working days) so figure 7-14 days to ship after payment clears

Depends on payment method, if you are using card it could be an additional week or two, if using e check, add a week to that, then about two days after it ships. Thats just my experience.

Hi Bret and welcome. It will depend on the item and acquisition source. I have had special order items ship as normal and some took 2 weeks. Just be patient when ordering and expect a delay since no one knows exactly. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

You can figure about an extra 5-7 business days for special orders. Bring total time to roughly 10-14 days.
