As mentioned below, Improved Cylinder or Modified will work best with slugs. But DO NOT use Full Choke for Slugs. Too much restriction which may cause damage to barrel or possible injury to the shooter.

Andrew, improved cylinder usually gets the best results with slugs. You can also try modified and see which is best for you. Do not use a full choke with slugs.
