Trigger pull is roughly 4-5lb. Ease of Slide action is subjective. Easy for some, not so easy for others. Here's some more information.

Hi Lanet and welcome. Trigger pull weight in Single Action is 4lbs average and 9lbs average in Double Action. The recoil is moderate and my wife is 5 foot 6 and 135lbs and has no issue racking the slide nor shooting it. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Lanet, the trigger pull is relatively average 4 lbs for single action, and a more than twice as hard pull of 9lbs for double action.
This is a .380, so the kick, or recoil, will be relatively modest.
Stay safe & have a great day!
