Hi Mark and welcome. It is the brand of night sights that is the difference. Both are made in Austria and the TALO is just a dealer exclusive production. The core firearm is identical, so the less expensive model leaves more for ammunition. Cheers and stay safe!

Mark, the one you linked to is a TALO distributor exclusive. It is the Agent Model - Green Tritium Front Sight with Lumigreen Outline, Black Serrated U-notch Rear Sight with 2-dot Green Tritium with Black Outlines.
Item 113763 is the ordinary standard Glock.
I would go with the TALO for less money.

Green Tritium Front Sight
Lumigreen Outline
Black Serrated U-notch Rear Sight
2-dot Green Tritium

I'd go with this model!!
