Yes, this is legal to own in Maryland as it does not have a detachable magazine, revolving cylinder, or a folding stock (telescoping stock is not restricted). Also important note if you do not know already, this stock in it's factory configuration is fixed in place and not collapsible. Making it collapsible requires replacing the recoil tube with part #70130 which has multiple locking positions instead of just one.
