Pedro, as others have mentioned this can be used by left or right handed shooters. The magazine release is reversible. The slide stops on the left side only for right handed shooters but with little practice can be used by left handed shooters. Hope this helps.

This is a righthand pistol with an ambidextrous magazine release.

Hi Pedro and welcome. This is a right hand biased pistol. Slide release is on the left side. The Magazine release can be switched to the opposite side for Left Handed Shooters. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Pedro, The magazine release button for the LCP II is reversible for operation by the thumb or forefinger of either hand, so it is ok for right or left handed shooters. There is no thumb safety, so that won't come into play. The only strictly right handed control is the slide stop. This is not a deal breaker for many, it's individual preference.
