Patrick, yes this has a threaded barrel. If you need the non-threaded barrel, it is model 4595TS-NTB (non-threaded barrel) here -

Disregard my last response. Thank you James for the clarification. Yet, another firearm I am now banned from purchasing in my home state of 56 years. God bless, Walt.

Short answer - no, I don't think so. On page 53 of the operators manual found on the Bud's web page for models, (3895 - .380 ACP, 995 - 9MM, 4095 - .40 S&W, 4595 - .45 ACP, 1095 - 10MM AUTO), is the exploded view of the said firearms. If you look closely at the drawing, threads are shown for some parts like parts 6, the Receiver Shroud Pins. However, they don't appear drawn for part 16; Front Sight Screw. This omission or, rather apparent omission, is likely due to the small size of part 16 in the drawing. In other words it may be just hard to see threads drawn for that screw. Something the size of barrel, part 38, one has to assume would show threading, if the barrel was indeed threaded, and, if the drawing in question was reviewed by a halfway competent staff before going out for publication. In an ideal setting, nothing shown in technical drawings, is included or omitted without a reason. Additionally, the word threaded, does not show on page 54 of the manual where the spec for the barrels is listed. I do not own this rifle but last lime I was near one I didn't notice any threading on the barrel either. That said, if anyone from Bud's or otherwise owns the firearm in question, a simple yes or no answer would be of great help to the myself and the original poster of the this question; as some us now live under the tyranny of certain state legislators that have outlawed the sale any and all firearms with threaded barrels. Thanks in advance and stay safe. Walt

Patrick, yes all hipoint carbines come standard with a threaded barrel. They do make versions without threaded barrels for restricted states though. This model is threaded with .578 x 28 thread pitch. Hope this helps.
