Josh, this specific model isn't California compliant. It's not on Californias approved list. Buds only has one California compliant model in burnt bronze instead of black. Hi Joshua, this model is not on the CA DOJ roster of approved handguns. The only Desert Eagles on the roster are 6" barrel models.
