Jean, for 62 grain 1:8 twist would be best. Normally 1:9 twist is 40-55 grain, 1:8 twist is 55-68 grain, and 1:7 twist is 68-75 grain. With that said I have a 1:9 twist that shoot Hornady 73 grain eld match ammo quite well. So don't be scared to try different weights in any twist ratio. Hope this helps.

Jean, this bullet weight will work well in either 1 in 7 or 1 in 8 Twist Rate Barrels. 1 in 9 is no issue as well. Cheers and stay safe!
