Please forgive my ignorance, but what do they mean when they say this pistol is "California compliant "? I know only 10 round magazines are hood but is there more to it thsn just the magazine?

Keith, handguns must be on the CA DOJ roster of approved handguns. Basically, the gun manufacturer must pay CA a $200 extortion fee to get their gun on the roster.
