I assume its just the magazine difference correct? I collect guns and .22's are no exception so I have a bunch of mags that are compatible with this gun already as it uses the 416 22 mags which I have dozens. Just want to make sure has no pinned stock etc.

Just the magazine. It just has a 10 round magazine for states with magazine capacity restrictions. Other than that both firearms are identical. Hope this helps.
