Is this configuration NJ Legal?
It should be since it's California compliant but I'm not sure if new Jersey accepts the tail fin pistol grip like California does. So I'd contact your local ffl dealer and they'll know the most up to date laws. Sorry couldn't help more but hope this atleast helps some.

This is good to go, it has a fixed stock, a fin grip instead of a pistol grip, and a muzzle brake instead of a flash hider, also has a 10rd magazine.
