Gary, yes manual safety on this gun. See all specs here >>>>> https://ruger.com/products/ec9s/specSheets/13201.html
Yes, it has a manual safety. All EC9s models do. The LC9s could be had with or without, but it's standard on the EC9s.
This model of the Ruger ECS 13201 Does have a manual safety
You can verify this on rugers site.
"Safety features include integrated trigger safety, manual safety, magazine disconnect and inspection port that allows for visual confirmation of a loaded or empty chamber."

Gary NMS on this model. No safety to think about on this model.

Gary, yes, this model has a Manual Safety. All the Ruger EC9s do. I would recommend the similar sized SCCY CPX-2 (has no manual safety) and Crimson Trace Red Dot : budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/121486/sccy+cpx-2+9mm+black+10%2b1 --------------------------------- budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/121494/sccy++cpx-2+9mm+ss%2fblk+10%2b1+red+dot
